DeDe began her career working with a regional accounting firm while attending college. She graduated from Darton College in 1994 with an associate’s degree in business administration and transferred to Georgia Southwestern State University and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting. Her entire career has been in public accounting, providing her with opportunities to work with a multitude of clients on a variety of matters. Her area of expertise at 3MC includes reimbursement and financial services.
CHARLES FLETCHER, CPA
Chief Development Officer
Charles graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting in 1993. He earned his CPA certification in 1996. He has worked with the health care industry for over 20 years, specializing in acute and post-acute care. His experience includes working with skilled nursing, assisted living, and home health organizations. Charles has numerous relationships with lenders, which makes him a valuable part of a transition team.
MARTY BREW, CPA
Executive Vice President
Marty is a CPA with over ten years of experience in the senior housing and skilled nursing industries. He served as Vice President Finance for a leading private equity firm investing in senior housing and as CFO for a public owner/operator of skilled nursing facilities. He began working with 3MC Consulting in 2014. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University. He began his career with KPMG in audit.
BRANDIE LAMBERTH, CPA
Chief Regulatory Compliance Officer
Brandie has been working in the public accounting field since 1997, when she worked with a local CPA firm providing services throughout the Southeast and Southern U.S. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting in 2000 from Mercer University. In 2004, she received her CPA certification. Brandie has been focusing on her area of expertise, regulatory compliance, since 2007 and has established relationships with a multitude of state and federal regulatory personnel.
Regional Director of Accounts Receivable
Brandi has 19 years of experience in long term care, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle management. She graduated from East Mississippi Community College in 2001 with an associate’s degree in business administration and accounting. Brandi and her team are instrumental in billing and collections of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, private, and insurance claims. She also provides training to business office managers and regional staff, as needed.
